This place is great! We got baked goods, lunch (Tuna wrap) and pot pies to cook at home for dinner. The food is fantastic. The place is very clean. My only feedback would be i wish the pot pie had a little more gravy in it but we added our own. Otherwise it was really good and the crust was fantastic. I've been there a couple other times and have never felt let down. Only spent alot per person because we grabbed multiple items.

Best place to buy cakes to order. Their coconut Cakes is really tasty. Most of their pastries are good. Nice selection of large Cookies too. Lately, the Scones are bit on the doughy side. Coffees strong and delicious. Always Friendly staff. Indoor and outdoor seating

Love the renovation! Thank you for continuing to have gluten-free baked goods. My favorite remains your roasted root vegetables. I’ve tried to imitate them at home, but I can’t, they are amazing!

Highly recommend, for your large event and family gatherings large or small! My first experience here was today at a company brainstorming/ training event. First you drive in and there is significant parking all around the building. With handicap spots and easy access ( this was an important thing and note worthy) as we will be bringing our 95 year old mom here and these details are important :) * important when having large groups gather, restrooms were clean, large and not one person waited as they have several! The parking easily accommodated our large group event. Coffee, tea, and ridiculously visually appealing breakfast treats greeted us- better yet they were extra yummy/ not just looked good but tasted good. Ice water in easy attractive dispensers were kept full. The transition into the lunch layout of our meeting was seamless. And right on time. Again the high quality presentation and generous portions did not disappoint when bitten into. The staff were warm, welcoming and balanced presentation, preparation with a balance that was perfect. The food was warm, fresh and on time! And we were a large active group! At the next break we had, we were greeted with freshly baked cookies, and various treats. And these things appeared without notice. There was no intrusion or interruption in our meetings/ speakers, these layouts just appeared like magic! Highly recommend, a venue is the foundation of an event going well. And they provided that with phenomenal accuracy. The only negative is we were enjoying ourselves so much, I lost track of time and failed to bring a treat home for the family. So the road trip to come with family will happen sooner for sure. Highly recommend.

Came in today on short notice for a six-hour work meeting, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating for our group of roughly 30 people. I powered through at least half a gallon of coffee, an embarrassing number of delicious pastries and cookies, and an excellent Reuben sandwich. No regrets. I’ll absolutely be back - those chicken pies in the display case have my name on them.

Frequently visit to pick something from the bakery or cafe and sit upstairs in the little nook they have for tables and cafe-feel. A friend recently shared with us a chicken pot pie bought here and it is beyond delicious. Tastes homemade, great quality and ingredients. Also ordered ahead a few dessert pies the other day and these were amazing as well. Don't sleep on the outdoor tables under the overhang. So much natural growth, ivy, bushes and more you feel tucked in. Love Black Forest Cafe.
